The food is absolute amazing but the people who work is just tragic. The service is the worst I have ever seen. Ever. It's a shame good food has bad people serving and delivering it.

this is located close to my office , jog, and i can come and go when i want. everyone raved so i went . the sausage and bell peppers pizza was the best I've ever had , so much like NY WOW, They live up to their name. Slices are perfect hmm great somewhat salty cheese like NY , love it. Good awesome sauce i mean awesome sauce. The chicken parmesan sandwich is awesome, i mean awesome , very good toasty bread. Soups are good and garlic rolls of course heavenly!! This place really has great decor NY inside , looking as its suppose to , a staples establishment on its own yummy!

Ordered a large pizza to go. 15 minutes. The pizza makers don't wear gloves, and I watched the hostess leave the front desk and start eating behind the pizza station. The assistant manager joined her. Other hostess is on her phone texting. Very casual to say the least. Just saw one of the pizza cooks throw a ball of dough at the hostess, smh.

Used to be much better. Now they make small pies with very little sauce and cheese just lots of dough borders . I'd much prefer to pay a few dollars extra and have the pizza be the way it used to .

Great food! Dine in with some cops! If not, take it to go cause this pizza hits the spot! My people...they got great specials! X-large...pepperoni...simply unforgettable! NY pizza stays true, take the kids after school! Fast delivery too! My lady loves it when we stop in. And they're easy on my pockets! Cops packin Glocks, no knuckleheads or thots! Keep their number on lock! And give your taste buds a shock! WHY NOT?! Give it a shot!

Just ordered my second pizza from this place and all I can is don't. Undercooked, gelatinous dough with some undercooked condiments thrown on top for 30 bucks - within 5 minutes thrown into trash. Won't order again.

Called asked for pizza specials. She says $10.99 large pizza. I say ok I will take that go to the store to pick it up get a 20oz soda. Give her my cc. The bill is 16.89 I then ask why is it so much. She says you have to pay cash for the special. Dumbest thing I ever heard. They should of told me that. The girl at the counter is nice but the policy makes no sense. Now you lost a customer over 30 cents

I love this place, I love this place, I love this place. This one of the things I REALLY miss about little in South Florida. Please open up one here in Southern California. The people here could really use a schooling on NY style pizza. The food is always amazing and I recommend everything on the menu.

Pizza is decent and the wings are pretty good. Why not more stars? The staff that answers the phone are usually rude to the point that I would rather settle for overpriced not as good corporate places than suffer through another encounter with "we don't have that offer" (family deal. Pizza wings and rolls... just ordered it last week) "we don't deliver there" (yes you do... just did it last week) only good one on the phone was the girl... dont know where she went. Still going to try with hopes that the phone answering crew gets it together.. but its been a glaring problem since the first time i called 8 months ago. Get it together... customer service is holding you back

NYPD II is THE BEST Italian restaurant in Palm Beach County. Period. The service is excellent and the food is terrific. I've had everything on the menu and I cannot think of one thing that wasn't at least good. Most items are great. The Pizza is outstanding. Soups - superb. If you've relocated to the "Sixth Borough" and crave some real New York style Italian food, look no further than NYPD II.

Had delivery from here a couple times. The wings were OK, a little dry. Pizza is good though, really enjoyed the baked ziti pizza!

Have been coming to this gem for 10 years now! Pizza is top notch and made from quality ingredients. You can tell the guys here really take pride in selling a high quality pizza and Italain food! Great specials and deals always. This place is always upbeat and friendly. Great staff that always says hello and remembers your name. Its the little things that keep us coming back multiple times a week. Check out their walls and you'll see that they are a staple in the community- helping out local schools, charities, police, and youth sports. Its really something you dont see too often nowadays. Great people that run this place that make you truly feel like family!

This has become a regular stop for me and a friend of mine who introduced me to it. Overall very friendly staff and attentive servers. Actually more attentive when it's busy then when it's quiet. Food had NEVER disappointed in terms of quantity and taste. On most anything ordered, plan on taking half home. It's like paying for one meal and getting two.

Growing up on home cooked authentic Italian food has made it very difficult for me to eat it out at a restaurant. NYPD has pretty decent food - Their house dressing is very tasty, red sauce is homemade and chicken cutlet is delicious. I've never had a bad meal there. Everything has good flavor and is always fresh.

Ok pizza if you happen to get it while it's still warm. Tonight's delivery took 73 minutes and it was cold once it got here, as it often is. Why even bother?

This is our favorite local pizza. They should change their name because it's confusing in town (lots of versions of NYPD), but we do takeout all the time and the cheese pizza is exactly what we're looking for. Non-pizza eaters can get chipotle next door, and non-Chipotle eaters can enjoy a great pizza. We pass a lot of other pizza options to come out here because it's worth it.

Tried NYPD II For the first time the other day and felt like I was back in the Big Apple. Awesome Stromboli and the Cannoli was very good. So good in fact that we just made another order for delivery. We spent a long time living on the Left Coast and it was good to hear a Brooklyn accent and have great NY style food. Try It...You'll Like It!

Excellent food. Portions are huge and can feed two. Our favorite is the eggplant parm. The pizza is fantastic. When you have special dietary needs they accommodate too. Our favorite place to go.

Staff was pleasant, atmosphere was ok. To me the meat lovers pizza was nothing exceptional. I will go back to try different meals.

Pretty good. I am familiar with NYPD IV near Gateway and planned on rewarding my students with lunch before they go on spring break. Unfortunately, NYPD IV doesn't deliver to my school's area. They gave me the number for NYPD II. Ordered some pepps and some cheeses. All very tasty. Fast delivery too. Very pleased. NYPD makes the best pizza in the area. Only 4 stars bc NYPD IV piles on the pepperoni, II gave an average amount.

In my honest opinion this has to be the best italian food in palm beach county. I try to come here every week. The staff is so friendly and the food has never been bad ( I'm looking at you sals ). The best penne vodka in the southern US continent. Pizza actually has flavor. You must be a fool if you do not like NYPD

Today I ordered garlic rolls, house pizza, minestrone, and tiramisu. The garlic rolls taste frozen and bland. The house pizza was very soggy and greasy. The minestrone was good. The tiramisu was five bucks for something the size of a cup cake. The staff was nice, but the food could use some improvement.

Pizza is greasy but good, pasta is terrible. I recommend avoiding this place. Prices are too high for what you get. I've both eaten in and gotten delivery, and the last time the delivery guy was 45 minutes late. Kind of an issue when you're feeding 20 hungry kids.

3-6-14 Finally found PIZZA that actually tastes like the Italian Pizza I'm used to around the Albany NY area. I have been searching for the best pizza with the real Italian Bread Crust. Fantastic!! This is the place. Thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. Carole

If you're drunk and don't care about how your food tastes, then head over here. Ordered a large plain pie, figured it would be a good way to taste a basic pizza. My pie was burnt, cheese was on the thin side and the top of the cheese was coated with a orange-oil. If grease makes it easier to slide down, then this place wins hands down. Wouldn't visit again.

Great pizza but not cheap. The crust was excellent and will definitely go back.

Some of the best pizza you'll find in the Boynton Beach / Lake Worth area. Staff was very friendly and the pizza definitely reminded me of the delicious slices I would pick up at the corner pizza shop as a kid living in Manhattan. Cowabunga!

Pizza is pretty good. I'm from NJ so it's hard to find a good pizza place here that compares. This place is the closest I've had.

I moved down to Florida almost 2 years ago from Brooklyn, NY. Since then I've been on a desperate search to find that good slice of pizza the reminds me of home. My search has finally come to an end. By far the best pizza around in this area of West Palm. Everyone there is super friendly and their wait staff is great too. They are too far from our home for delivery but they did me a favor and delivered a bunch of pies for my daughter's 2nd birthday back in December. Definitely great customer service! Anyone that asks me where I go for pizza, I tell them to go eat at NYPD.

Having been spoiled in Chicago with Deep Dish Pizza, we were pleasantly surprised at NYPD. It's small, no atmosphere, and my wife and I had the tomato / mozz salad which was more than enough for two with thick slices of both ripe tomatoes and mozzerela cheese. The smaller sized pizza was more than we could eat after the salad. Staff was attentive and pleasant. A neighborhood-type place that we'll return to. October 2010 update: A great place to go for lunch, too. Staff at this location couldn't be nicer and more accommodating. I said above we'd return and we have done so many times.

What a great place! I've been there a number of times and have always found the food to be first rate and the service friendly and efficient. They have the only pizza that I find to be consistently good and satisfying. I highly recommend this place.

Love this place. From the minute you walk in and smell the pizza your mouth will start to water. Luckily within seconds of being seated you are given garlic rolls and a slice of focaccia ( my favorite) . It's actually the Gracie Pizza so if you like the focaccia, then order the Gracie! Ok, the portions are huge!. You'll most likely leave with leftovers. The food is very tasty. great selections on the menu and its always served hot. The staff is so friendly, they make you feel like family, you always see familiar faces. The guys behind the counter are pretty hilarious, reminds me of Brooklyn! Wish we lived close enough for delivery. We had two parties catered and everyone loved the food.
